Damaged or Incorrect Art

My fault:  Free replacement or 100% refund

Ex. The mailman was drunk and damaged your art or I was drunk and sent the wrong items.

In this case contact me within 7 days of delivery, and I will replace the items (or refund your money if desired), and I will cover all shipping costs. 


Your fault:  Refund minus shipping

Ex. You were drunk online shopping, chose the wrong birthday gift for boyfriend who turns out to have no taste in art, or your child found your credit card and decided you needed to fill your walls with some exceptional original art. 

If you are for some reason having buyers remorse but it isn't my fault, contact me within 7 days of delivery, and I will refund your purchase minus the cost of shipping.  You will also be responsible for packaging the art safely paying for return shipping.    

Modifications & Cancellations

Your fault but no biggy:  Refund if not shipped

Ex. Your finger slipped and accidentally clicked "pay," or you decide  you want only 47 prints, not 48. 

If you want to modify or cancel your order, contact me as soon as possible (within 12 hours of your purchase at most), and I will gladly modify your order or provide a full refund of your purchase.  If it is more than 12 hours since your purchase and your order has already been shipped, you will be responsible for all shipping costs.

Shipping policies

Your art will be shipped and packed professionally. In order to protect your art I will personally pack it with great care using mostly eco-friendly and/or reused packing materials.

I ship out your art within 3 business days after I receive your payment.

Paintings will be sent Fully Insured Express Mail Service, which you can expect delivery between 8-12 business days.
